Once your profile has been completed and you have selected the appropriate experiences and skills from the talent pool database that you are keen to use you should select the Home page link on the right handside of your personal menu bar (when you are logged in).

Your Home Page

This home page has been designed to match your profile to the current jobs or opportunities listed in our job system.  Any jobs that are a 60% match are possibilities for you to consider.  If you like what you see please feel free to apply to the job.

Strong Matches

If you are a strong match (80% or greater) to any jobs it is likely you will get called directly from a client, however if you do not get approached please do not hesitate to apply for these jobs.  Different recruiters within organisations work in different ways and it does not hurt to let the client know you are interested.

Keeping your Profile up to date

It is very important your profile is as complete as it can be as our clients access your information directly. It is also important to update your profile on a regular basis. 

The ICT industry produces new tools and skills all the time and we will endeavour to keep our databases as up to date as we can visit us regularly to check for new skills you may already have and feel free to contact us if you feel something should be added to our Experience and/or Skill database.
